Education
Bachelor’s (Honors) degree or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with relevant mechanical courses and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering will also be considered.

Experience
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Applicants should have experience in the garments industry.

Additional Requirements
Age should be between 30 to 40 years.

Only male candidates are eligible to apply.


Responsibilities & Context

Inspect garment machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions or determine repair and adjustment needs.

Carry out routine maintenance of garment machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues or equipment breakdowns.

Repair or replace faulty machine components as required.

Conduct post-repair testing to ensure proper functionality of equipment.

Follow and enforce safety procedures while operating or servicing machinery.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and servicing history.

Train staff on proper machine usage and basic maintenance practices.

Stay updated with developments in garment machinery technology and apply improvements where appropriate.

Manage the ordering of spare parts and maintenance supplies for equipment.
