Mandatory Requirements

✔ Practical factory-level experience in all three areas: Embroidery, Quilting, and Printing is mandatory

✔ Proven track record of generating new business, acquiring customers, and securing new orders

✔ Strong practical knowledge of factory operations, production processes, costing, capacity planning, quality, and delivery

✔ Experience working with international buyers, buying houses, apparel brands, or garment industry customers will be preferred

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer relationship management skills

✔ Ability to develop new business opportunities, maintain buyer relationships, and contribute to sales and revenue growth

✔ Strong understanding of the textile, apparel, embroidery, quilting, and printing industry with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and factory teams

Job Summary

SNOWTEX is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Quilting, Embroidery & Printing to lead business development and expand the company’s customer base for its embroidery, quilting, and printing operations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, generating business and orders, managing buyer relationships, coordinating order execution with factory teams, and achieving assigned sales and business development targets

Job Responsibilities

✔ Identify and develop new customers, buyers, and business opportunities for embroidery, quilting, and printing services

✔ Generate new business leads and secure new orders through effective marketing, networking, customer visits, and business development activities

✔ Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing buyers and customers

✔ Handle customer inquiries, product costing, sampling, quotations, order negotiation, and order follow-up

✔ Coordinate closely with factory, production, merchandising, quality, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order execution

✔ Communicate with factory teams regarding production capacity, product quality, costing, lead time, and delivery schedules

✔ Follow up on customer requirements and ensure timely response to inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders

✔ Explore and develop new markets, customers, product opportunities, and business channels within the textile, apparel, embroidery, quilting, and printing sectors

✔ Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities

✔ Support the development of effective sales and marketing strategies to increase business volume and customer acquisition

✔ Build a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospective buyers from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and business closure

✔ Achieve assigned sales targets, order targets, and business development objectives

✔ Prepare regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer development, business opportunities, and order status for management
