Minimum age: 35 years.

Prior experience in a manpower exporting (overseas recruitment) office is highly preferred.

Preference will be given to retired personnel from the Armed Forces or experienced professionals from government or private sectors.

Target-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

Willingness to visit clients’ offices as required, based on client convenience.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing.

Experience with ERP software systems.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
