Dekora Sportswear is expanding rapidly across Bangladesh and international markets (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany).
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our complete marketing operations — online & offline — and help grow sales 2–3x within the next year.

The role requires a smart, energetic, data-driven person who understands digital marketing, branding, sportswear industry trends, and global eCommerce.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.

• Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for BD + Global markets.

• Plan weekly content calendar (reels, product videos, graphics).

• Monitor brand consistency across all platforms.

🔹 2. Website & SEO Growth

• Coordinate with development team to optimize dekorasportswear.com

• Work on keyword research for USA, UK, AU, BD.

• Manage on-page + off-page SEO .

• Improve conversion rate on product pages.

🔹 3. International Market Expansion

• Research and target sports clubs, schools, resellers.

• Run email/WhatsApp marketing campaigns for international buyers.

• Develop partnerships with influencers, sports teams, resellers.

🔹 4. Product Launch & Campaign Strategy

• Plan promotions for new jerseys, ready-to-ship products, gifts.

• Create festival campaigns (Eid, BFCM, Christmas).

• Monitor performance analytics & reporting.

🔹 5. Team Management

• SEO specialist

• Social media team

• Graphic designers

• Video editors

• Customer support

• Production team

🔹 6. Branding & Creative Execution

• Maintain modern brand tone for Dekora.

• Oversee photoshoot/video shoots for sportswear.

• Improve brand storytelling.

🔹 7. Sales Coordination

• Work closely with sales team to generate qualified leads.

• Improve customer funnel (reach → interest → design → order → repeat).

• Track competitor analysis and pricing strategies.

🎓 Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or brand management

• Experience in eCommerce, apparel, sportswear preferred

• Strong knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads + Google Ads

• SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp automation knowledge

• Good communication & team leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

• Creative mindset + data analysis skills
