The ideal candidates will be proactive, self-driven, and focused on achieving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs, investment goals, and preferences, ensuring a personalized sales approach
  • Arrange and conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers to enhance customer experience and conversion
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline progress to management on a regular basis
  • Plan and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including market research, campaign management, and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and leads through multiple channels such as direct marketing, referrals, and digital platforms
