Marketing Executive(Takamul)

Job Context

JSK Group, a reputed and diversified organization operating in the travel, healthcare, diagnostics, transportation, and overseas employment support sectors, is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive for its Takamul (PACC) Training Program. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the training program, increasing trainee enrollment, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the organization's mission of preparing skilled professionals for overseas employment, particularly in GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Promote the Takamul (PACC) Training Program to prospective trainees, recruiting agencies, corporate organizations, educational institutions, and business partners.

✔ Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase trainee enrollment, brand visibility, and market presence.

✔ Conduct field visits, presentations, seminars, awareness programs, and promotional campaigns to generate quality leads and admissions.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, training partners, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.

✔ Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to strengthen the Takamul (PACC) training network.

✔ Counsel prospective candidates regarding training programs, certification requirements, career pathways, and overseas employment opportunities.

✔ Achieve assigned monthly enrollment, marketing, and business development targets.

✔ Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

✔ Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, trainee registration, and admission processes.

✔ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities, lead generation, enrollment performance, and business development progress.

✔ Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and partnership activities.

✔ Represent the organization at job fairs, career expos, educational events, awareness campaigns, and other promotional programs.

✔ Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with company policies and the quality standards of the Takamul (PACC) Training Program.

✔ Collaborate closely with internal departments to enhance service quality and improve the trainee experience.

✔ Perform any other marketing, business development, or administrative responsibilities assigned by management to support organizational growth and program success.
