Job Context

Manor IT Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented ISP Marketing Executive to promote its internet and connectivity services, generate new business opportunities, and expand its market presence. The ideal candidate should have ISP marketing experience, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to develop effective customer acquisition strategies while maintaining existing client relationships. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s broadband, corporate internet, and networking services.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and professional networking.

• Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential, SME, and corporate clients.

• Support the sales team in preparing business proposals and service presentations.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activation activities.

• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.

• Maintain accurate customer information and lead records in the CRM system.

• Monitor competitors’ services, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

• Support customer retention efforts and follow up on client feedback.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and performance.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless service implementation.
