Responsibilities & Context
* Communicate professionally with international clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
* Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
* Send vehicle stock lists and conduct regular customer follow-ups.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Provide excellent after-sales support.
* Assist with digital marketing, promotions, and sales campaigns.
* Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
* Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
