Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to support farmers with technical guidance on aquaculture health management.

• Promote and ensure proper application of company products through demonstrations and farmer meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and stakeholders to drive market growth.

• Collect and analyze market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Organize and participate in training sessions, workshops, and promotional events arranged by the company.

• Provide timely and accurate reports to management for informed decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to achieve organizational objectives.
