Require a proven professional background operating directly within the real estate and property development sector.

Bring strong practical experience in executing land acquisitions, verifying complex chain titles, and structuring apartment sales agreements.

Hold an active license as an Advocate (Bar enrollment), which will be highly preferred for this position.

Execute comprehensive legal vetting of land-related titles, including primary deeds, chain deeds (Baya), historical khatians, and land development tax receipts.

Formulate and legally review diverse commercial real estate contracts, joint-venture blueprints, and property sale agreements.

Track active litigation portfolios, compile structural case files, and partner with advocates to accelerate legal settlements.

Draft and vet corporate bank guarantees, compliance undertakings, formal letters of authority, and vendor procurement contracts.

Maintain strategic operational links with state entities, local municipalities, and competent public departments.

Monitor executed corporate agreements continuously to track expiration timelines and manage seamless renewal workflows.

Oversee the lifecycle of operational business licenses, implementing early alerts to secure uninterrupted regulatory compliance.

Manage hands-on property transactions including plot measurements, price negotiations, VAT calculations, mortgages, and formal deed registrations.

Serve as the primary institutional liaison at AC (Land) offices, Tahshil desks, Sub-Registries, RAJUK, REHAB, and the Housing Ministry.

Provide cross-departmental legal counsel to align engineering, sales, and accounting workflows with shifting regulatory laws.

Deliver accurate real-time support and execute specialized operational tasks as directed by executive management.
