• Ensure timely supply of all accessories to the factory according to consumption requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock registers for all local trims, accessories, stationery, and printed materials.
• Maintain stock registers for both imported and local leather.
• Ensure store areas are maintained with proper safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain inventory records for all accessories and trims.
• Ensure all stock registers are accurately updated and maintained.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed for the export of goods.
• Communicate and coordinate with buyers such as G-Star, Tommy Hilfiger, Esprit, Texline, Kiabi, M&S, Walmart, Lindex, Renner, etc.
• Maintain stock registers for all imported machinery spare parts and equipment.
• Manage and maintain swatch cards and trims cards for all orders.
• Prepare monthly stock statements using computer software and report to the Director and other relevant personnel.
• Maintain all stock records using the bin card system.
• Maintain all MRR (Material Receiving Report) and MSR (Material Supply Report) using computer systems and report to Directors.
• Assist in annual inventory processes and audits with both internal and external auditors.
• Ensure swatches are made and approvals obtained upon receiving accessories.
• Maintain consistent communication with suppliers.
• Prepare and submit reports on remaining accessories to management after shipment.
• Plan and monitor consumption of accessories for individual buyer orders and report to Directors.
• Maintain post-shipment closing reports for all orders and buyers
• Monitor and follow up on PIs, L/Cs, and shipment schedules (ETD & ETA) as part of the Store Manager's job responsibilities.
