Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients; develop and implement effective business development strategies. -
Client & Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders; act as the primary liaison to address client needs and ensure satisfaction. -
Sales & Tendering:
Prepare, evaluate, and submit bids, tenders, and proposals; develop competitive pricing strategies and cost estimates to maximize win rates. -
Project Support & Coordination:
Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover, alignment, and successful execution. -
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, manage, and mentor the business development team, ensuring performance targets are met and activities align with company policies and objectives. -
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports, presentations, and key business documents, including EOIs, NDAs, proposals, and management updates, for both internal and external stakeholders.
