Age: 35–45 years.
Strong experience in buyer communication, product development, and technical approvals (fit, wash, PP sample).
Proven ability to manage large sample teams (sewing, pattern, CAD, cutting).
Proficient in pattern making, grading, CAD (Tuka, Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, CLO 3D).
In-depth knowledge of fabric behavior, shrinkage, wash standards, finishing techniques.
Skilled in resolving technical issues in fit, construction, and trims.
Familiar with Lean practices & sample-to-production handover.
Strong leadership, coordination, and English communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple buyers/styles.
Analytical, proactive, and decisive.
Skills
Plan and execute strategies to meet daily production targets and buyer deadlines.
Lead and manage sample coordinators, pattern makers, and tailors.
Coordinate with merchandising team and resolve production issues.
Ensure samples meet buyer specs, quality standards, and finishing details.
Manage resources (manpower, machinery, materials) and forecast needs.
Improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead time, and control costs.
Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, defect rates) and report to management.
Solve bottlenecks and balance urgent vs. planned priorities.
Requirement
Proven experience handling 75+ sewing and sample lines.
