Minimum age requirement of 30 years.
Ideal candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in fish feed sales and marketing.
Experience in the animal feed industry, aqua feed industry, manufacturing sector, or animal health/medicine-related businesses is required.
Achieve assigned fish feed sales targets and regularly monitor dealer performance.
Strengthen and expand the dealer network, ensure market coverage, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Submit feed performance reports along with regular market feedback to management.
Conduct marketing activities including small group meetings (SGMs), farmer seminars, campaigns, and farm visits.
Analyze competitors’ strategies and policies, and share insights with management.
Supervise the sales team and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
