Job Overview:
Transpower Engineering Limited, the authorized distributor of Fuji, Fujitech, Hitachi, and Sanel brand elevators in Bangladesh, provides comprehensive sales, installation, and after-sales maintenance services. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join our expanding elevator sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with 6–7 years of experience in elevator or industrial sales who are looking to advance their careers while representing globally trusted Japanese brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Fuji, Fujitech, and Hitachi elevators to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on potential leads.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
Other Benefits
Salary:
TK 40,000 – TK 50,000 per month (Negotiable for candidates with higher experience).
Additional Benefits:
Performance-based sales commission.
