Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.

• Generate new leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, and corporate connections.

• Promote ROSA Group’s Real Estate & Lifestyle Products, including Hotel & Resort Ownership opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, property visits, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable investment and ownership solutions.

• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure timely sales conversion.

• Maintain customer databases and sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer acquisition and sales process.

• Support innovative sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market development initiatives.
