Responsibilities & Context

Design and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from rooms, F&B, banquets, and events
-
Explore and capture new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) markets
-
Oversee the sales pipeline, close deals, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets
-
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, OTAs, and event organizers
-
Conduct client visits, sales calls, and represent the resort at trade fairs and industry events to broaden the business network
-
Negotiate and secure contracts with corporate partners, MNCs, and travel agencies
-
Keep accurate documentation of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions
-
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
-
Provide performance updates and business proposals directly to the CEO
