Manager, R&D

We are looking for a highly motivated and research-oriented professional to lead our Research & Development (R&D) activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing product research, conducting laboratory and field trials, analyzing performance data, and supporting the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the planning, execution, and management of all Research & Development (R&D) activities in line with the company's strategic objectives.

✔ Design, develop, and implement trial protocols for product evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement.

✔ Plan, coordinate, and supervise laboratory and field trials across different locations, crops, and environmental conditions.

✔ Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trial data to evaluate product performance, effectiveness, and commercial potential.

✔ Prepare technical reports, research summaries, and data-driven recommendations to support product development and management decision-making.

✔ Collaborate closely with Management, Marketing, Sales, Production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product innovation and commercialization.

✔ Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify opportunities for research and product improvement.

✔ Maintain accurate research records, documentation, and trial reports in accordance with company standards.

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, research protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements during all R&D activities.

✔ Perform any other research, technical, or project-related responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
