Manager - Production / Operation (Battery & Metal)

• Prior experience in battery production, metal processing, lead smelting, metal fabrication, or related heavy manufacturing fields is highly desirable.

• Proficient understanding of battery manufacturing workflows (covering Lead-Acid or Lithium systems) and metallurgical processing operations.

• Practical expertise in production scheduling, maximizing capacity utilization, and refining structural workflows.

• Specialized experience managing furnaces, casting, plate fabrication, battery assembly, chemical formation, or recycling networks is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities - Operations

• Direct and oversee all factory operations to guarantee frictionless and efficient workflows.

• Formulate operational strategies that align closely with target production and commercial goals.

• Maintain seamless coordination across Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Depot, and Logistics units.

• Track daily operational KPIs and champion continuous performance improvement initiatives.

• Guarantee the optimal utilization of personnel, machinery, utility services, and alternative resources.

• Regulate inventory volumes to verify the timely availability of raw materials and completed products.

• Pinpoint avenues for expense reduction and execute structural operational excellence frameworks.

• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with structural workflows.

• Formulate, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to meet volume targets.

• Maximize the utility of existing machinery, labor force, raw materials, and collective production capacity.

• Supervise operational manufacturing stages to uphold top product quality and factory regulations.

• Drive the completion of target output metrics while lowering system downtime and process losses.

• Assess production data to introduce corrective steps that boost organizational efficiency and output.

• Minimize material wastage trends and maximize throughput via continuous workflow updates.

• Partner tightly with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Inventory units.

• Verify that preventive machinery servicing programs are followed to optimize device uptime.

• Integrate Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and alternative operational excellence methodologies.
