Responsibilities & Context
- To lead the team to achieve the collection targets that are periodically set by the management.
- Responsible of debt and cash collection from generated sales.
- Have to generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports that include CR and Marketing overdue.
- Follow up and monitor monthly accounts closing activities.
- All account movement report preparation (Weekly Basis).
- Conduct Yearly Management Accounts.
- Work with external auditor/Bank/ Insurance
- Maintain all important office files
- Bookkeeping, maintaining expense ledgers and cashbook
- Oversee and assist with production material purchase.
- Perform all banking work for the company
- Office maintenance supervising
- Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
