We are currently seeking a highly organized, discreet, and dynamic Protocol Manager to provide strategic support and protocol oversight to the Managing Director. This individual will serve as a key liaison for high-level engagements, ensuring seamless coordination of internal and external communications, official meetings, diplomatic visits, travel arrangements, and ceremonial protocols. The ideal candidate will be polished, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive assignments with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate all engagements, appointments, and public appearances of the Managing Director.

Organize and manage protocol arrangements for both local and international meetings, visits, and official events.

Liaise with government officials, diplomatic bodies, corporate entities, and institutional partners on behalf of the Managing Director.

Prepare detailed briefings, talking points, agendas, and itineraries for official functions and events.

Oversee all aspects of official travel, including visa processing, accommodations, logistics, and protocol coordination.

Uphold a high standard of etiquette, decorum, and confidentiality in all official dealings and correspondence.

Ensure adherence to established protocol norms and procedures during all interactions and ceremonial events.

Act as the primary point of contact for dignitaries, delegations, and special guests.

Provide comprehensive administrative and protocol-related support to the Managing Director.

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
