Manager - Marketing & Sales

✔ Lead and supervise the Marketing & Sales Team and oversee day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

✔ Set monthly and annual sales targets and develop effective action plans to achieve business and revenue goals.

✔ Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong and long-term business relationships with existing clients.

✔ Drive sales growth for Visa Processing, Air Ticketing, Tour Packages, Hotel Booking, and other travel-related services.

✔ Build and maintain regular communication and professional relationships with Corporate Clients, Travel Partners, Agents, and Business Partners.

✔ Monitor team performance and ensure proper training, guidance, motivation, and performance improvement of sales team members.

✔ Plan and execute Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility, leads, and sales.

✔ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.

✔ Generate and increase qualified leads through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients and business prospects.

✔ Regularly follow up on sales leads and convert qualified prospects into successful sales.

✔ Handle client feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

✔ Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

✔ Regularly review sales revenue, target achievement, conversion performance, and overall team performance.

✔ Manage marketing budgets and promotional activities effectively to maximize business results.

✔ Coordinate closely with Visa Processing, Ticketing, Accounts, and Operations Departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

✔ Work to strengthen the company's brand image, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality.

✔ Perform other Marketing, Sales, and Business Development-related responsibilities assigned by the Management/CEO.
