Manager – Marketing

Age Requirement: 28 to 38 years

Experience: 7–12 years in marketing garment accessories, with a focus on metal buttons and zippers

Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with RMG factories and sourcing agents/offices

Skills: Excellent in communication, negotiation, and delivering presentations

Leadership: Capable of leading and mentoring a small marketing team

Educational Background: BBA/MBA in Marketing or a degree in Textile Engineering or a related field

Work Ethic: Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach

Oversee and grow sales and marketing activities for metal buttons, zippers (metal, nylon, vislon) in both domestic and international markets.

Build and maintain solid relationships with buyers, factories, and sourcing partners.

Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

Manage client communications, including pricing negotiations, quotations, and order tracking.

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality control teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Conduct market visits, analyze competitors, and gather feedback from buyers.

Generate and submit regular sales reports to keep management informed.
