Responsibilities & Context
IT Infrastructure & Operations
-
Oversee the company’s overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT facilities.

Administer servers, storage systems, operating systems, databases, and other IT infrastructure components.

Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, connectivity, and system uptime to ensure uninterrupted operations.
-
Maintain security across networks, servers, endpoint devices, and user accounts.
-
Ensure regular data backups, backup verification, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
-
Establish and manage an effective IT helpdesk and support system with proper ticketing, issue prioritization, SLA monitoring, and resolution tracking.

Ensure the timely identification and resolution of hardware, software, network, ERP, and end-user issues.

Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical standards, and internal control procedures.
ERP Management
-
Lead ERP operations, implementation, user adoption, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure effective ERP utilization across HR & Payroll, Merchandising, Inventory, Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Planning, Commercial, Accounting, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other business functions.

Monitor ERP performance, data accuracy, system availability, and user adoption across departments.

Ensure appropriate ERP user access, role-based permissions, and security controls to protect sensitive business data.
