Manager - Digital marketing & Lead Generation (Real Estate)

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's digital presence, promote real estate projects, and generate quality customer leads through effective social media and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and maintain the company's Facebook Page and other social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

✔ Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, reels, stories, banners, and promotional materials.

✔ Record, edit, and publish property videos, promotional videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns.

✔ Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Facebook Boosting and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.

✔ Increase page reach, followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness through effective digital marketing strategies.

✔ Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across social media and digital platforms.

✔ Generate, qualify, and manage customer leads from social media, websites, and other digital marketing channels.

✔ Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.

✔ Develop, implement, and continuously improve digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

✔ Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

✔ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing techniques, AI tools, and platform algorithm changes.

✔ Perform any other digital marketing, branding, or promotional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
