Manager - Design & Solutions

 

Skill Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing complete UI/UX design projects, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent software.

• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML and CSS, to support effective collaboration with development teams is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional product teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

- Professional certifications in UI/UX design, such as Google UX Design or NN/g UX Certification, will be considered an added advantage.

 

• Oversee the complete UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, from initial research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, identify challenges, and analyze behavioral patterns.

• Transform research insights and business requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and reusable component library to ensure a unified visual and functional experience across products.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility, clearly defined project scopes, and accurate implementation.

• Conduct usability testing and continuously refine designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, user behavior, and analytics.

• Present design concepts, research findings, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements.

• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices, particularly in FinTech and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) products.
