Additional Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in Share-related functions within a reputed Public Limited Company.
Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medicine industry will be preferred.
Must be a non-smoker.
Should have a pleasant personality and be physically fit.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Sound knowledge and practical understanding of Share Department operations.
Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
Candidates with pharmaceutical share management experience will receive preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department as required.
Required Skills: Business Development, Share Issuance, and related activities.
