- Experience: Minimum 03 years’ job experience in the same position in Dealer Channel in Electronics Industry.
- Having own Bike with Valid Driving License;
- Should be honest and hardworking;
- Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed;
- Good Command in Bengali & English;
- Hands on exposure in MS Office (Word, XLS and PPT) & Email communication;
- Data interpretation capabilities;
Responsibilities & Context
- Work as part of a team to drive marketing and business development activities for dealers and retailers across assigned areas.
- Possess strong market knowledge and understand effective communication routes to engage dealers and distributors efficiently.
- Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers to expand the market footprint.
- Consistently achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
- Stay self-motivated and performance-focused to contribute to the company’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Report regularly on market trends, credit realization, and individual customer performance.
- Be ready for frequent travel within the assigned area to maintain strong market presence and relationships.
