Manager (Business Development)

✔ Candidates should have relevant experience in the following business areas: Industrial Substation, Busbar Trunking (BBT), Distribution Board (DB), and Low Voltage (L.V.) Components.

✔ Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Sales, Technical Design, Project Planning, Solution Implementation, and Operations.

✔ Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate electrical and power engineering solutions.

✔ Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, products, and project execution will be considered an advantage.

✔ Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

✔ Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth and long-term business development.

✔ Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, customer needs, industry developments, and market trends across Bangladesh.

✔ Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market intelligence to develop effective sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

✔ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product/service proposals, quotations, and business proposals to prospective clients.

✔ Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions based on their business needs.

✔ Negotiate with clients and manage the sales closing process while ensuring compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and procedures.

✔ Maintain an updated sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert opportunities into successful business.

✔ Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales activities, lead status, pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.

✔ Develop strong customer relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and new business opportunities.

✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful execution of customer requirements and business commitments.
