Maximum age: 38 years.
Prior experience in physiotherapy, dental centers, aesthetic centers, hospitals, or clinics is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and caregivers.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, and both Bangla and English typing/writing.
Excellent English communication skills; candidates who are professional, well-presented, and polite will be preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates from indigenous areas.
Manage customer and patient care services while fostering strong relationships.
Address and resolve customer/patient needs and concerns effectively.
Plan and execute business development initiatives.
Supervise daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with management to evaluate and enhance operational processes and policies.
Uphold and enforce organizational policies consistently.
Handle employee concerns, complaints, and performance-related matters.
Oversee daily administrative activities and operational efficiency.
Monitor expenditures and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Develop and implement operational policies and standard procedures.
Maintain accurate medical and employee records.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of medical and office supplies.
Respond to queries from physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
Stay informed about current healthcare regulations and best practices.
