✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in A2P SMS, telecommunications, bulk SMS, CPaaS, or VAS sales.

✔ Proven ability to lead, manage, and drive the performance of a sales team.

✔ Strong corporate network and industry connections will be given preference.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔ Sound understanding of enterprise messaging solutions, API/SMPP-based business operations, and telecommunications market dynamics.

✔ Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging situations, and achieve ambitious business targets.

✔ Practical experience with CRM tools, sales performance reporting, and strategic business planning.

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – A2P SMS Sales.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive industry experience, and a proven track record of managing and leading corporate SMS sales teams. The selected professional will be responsible for driving business growth, managing enterprise clients, building high-performing sales teams, and overseeing overall A2P SMS sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and oversee overall A2P SMS and bulk messaging sales operations.

✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand business opportunities.

✔ Build, train, lead, and supervise the corporate sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.

✔ Generate new business opportunities through corporate networking, field engagement, and strategic partnerships.

✔ Build and maintain strong business relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.

✔ Manage key accounts, strengthen client relationships, and ensure long-term customer retention and revenue growth.

✔ Drive sales of A2P SMS, OTP solutions, API integration, SMPP connectivity, and related communication services.

✔ Regularly monitor sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, team performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

✔ Conduct client meetings, business presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions.

✔ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the A2P SMS and telecommunications industry.

✔ Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and smooth business operations.

✔ Prepare regular sales performance reports, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
