Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise, guide, and support technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel in troubleshooting, repairs, and technical operations.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs while ensuring prompt corrective actions during equipment breakdowns.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the installation of new machinery, system upgrades, automation projects, and other technical improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all technical and maintenance activities comply with company standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the utilization of spare parts, tools, and technical resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, downtime, project progress, and technical reports.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on technical procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to achieve operational objectives and continuous improvement goals.
