Machine Operator

Operate and manage soap production machinery—including mixing, cutting, stamping, drying, and packaging units—according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Supervise all phases of the production process to ensure consistent quality and compliance with approved formulations.

Set up, calibrate, and shut down machines as needed before and after production runs.

Perform regular cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operation.

Promptly detect and report any technical issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance personnel for timely intervention.

Strictly adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines during production and while handling raw materials.

Support production tasks such as measuring raw materials, packaging finished goods, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Maintain accurate records of daily output and inventory to support material tracking and ensure accountability.

Uphold PHALS’ values, code of conduct, and policies on safeguarding and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).

Quickly identify and report any technical issues or malfunctions to supervisors or technical teams for prompt resolution.

Follow all safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and environmental standards throughout the production process and material handling.

Assist with raw material measurement, product packaging, and maintaining a clean and orderly production area.

Accurately record daily production activities and inventory to ensure traceability and accountability of materials used.
