Design and implement internal legal control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure all corporate operations comply with national laws.

Provide accurate legal counsel to management to guide strategic decision-making and protect the company’s business interests.

Direct corporate litigation strategy, coordinate with external counsel, and draft petitions, writs, and written statements for premium courts.

Serve as the primary liaison for government bodies, non-government authorities, external lawyers, and third-party vendors on legal affairs.

Represent the organization in civil litigation before courts, tribunals, and various judicial or quasi-judicial authorities.

Audit and provide formal legal opinions on land titles, verifying Bayna deeds, khatians, dags, and DCR records across CS, SA, RS, and BS surveys.

Manage all lawsuits filed by or against the company, including intellectual property (trademark), corporate income tax, and VAT disputes.
