Role Overview
✔ Deliver quality nursing education and provide theoretical and practical guidance to nursing students.
✔ Support students in developing essential clinical skills, professional knowledge, and patient-care practices.
✔ Apply strong clinical expertise and current nursing practices to create an effective learning environment.
✔ Guide and mentor students to develop professional ethics, compassion, responsibility, and confidence.
✔ Contribute to the academic and professional development of future nurses through effective teaching, supervision, and feedback.
✔ Maintain high standards of nursing education, clinical practice, and student discipline.
✔ Collaborate with academic and clinical teams to ensure effective learning and training outcomes.
✔ Stay updated with current developments, guidelines, and best practices in nursing and healthcare.
