Lead-IT Operations

Technology Infrastructure

• Oversee and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure, including networks, applications, and computer systems, to ensure uninterrupted service availability for both customers and employees.

• Manage the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions for system upgrades, enhancements, and new application or technology projects.

• Ensure reliable backup and recovery processes are in place to protect critical systems and support business continuity.

Compliance, Control & IT Security

• Develop, interpret, and enforce banking regulations and company policies across all technology and data processing operations.

• Establish system standards, technical specifications, and approved software requirements, while recommending upgrades and improvements whenever necessary.

• Manage and maintain valid licenses, warranties, and compliance records for all computer hardware and software assets.

• Oversee cybersecurity operations and ensure the effective implementation of incident response plans to address security threats.

• Develop, maintain, and regularly update the Technology Business Recovery and Disaster Recovery Plan to support business continuity.

Project Management and Business Transformation

• Lead and manage all IT-related projects, overseeing the planning, selection, acquisition, development, implementation, and deployment of information systems to ensure successful project delivery.

• Coordinate and monitor technology projects while maintaining proactive communication with users and stakeholders to ensure changes, system enhancements, and new implementations are introduced through effective planning, communication, training, and appropriate rollout schedules.

• Provide technical guidance and advisory support to business units on technology-related projects, initiatives, and operational requirements.

• Drive business process re-engineering initiatives and support organizational restructuring to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with the Management Committee to coordinate, monitor, and report on organization-wide strategic initiatives and technology-driven projects.

Strategy, Governance & Team Building

• Advise executive management on technology-related opportunities, risks, and strategic initiatives to support informed decision-making.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on technology and digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead IT sourcing activities, oversee strategic vendor and partner relationships, and negotiate contracts with technology vendors and service providers to ensure value and performance.

• Manage, mentor, and develop IT staff by assigning work, coordinating schedules, onboarding new employees, conducting training, providing coaching, evaluating performance, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with business and support functions to develop technology architecture, engineering, and operational capabilities that align with organizational strategic objectives.

• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and direction to the IT leadership team and technical staff to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
