We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to identify suitable land for company projects, conduct market research and feasibility assessments, and manage the full land acquisition process. The role demands strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proven expertise in land sourcing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful land transactions aligned with organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential land through field visits, networking, and market research, and build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local contacts.
Conduct land evaluations, feasibility studies, and market price analysis to assess suitability for acquisition.
Verify land ownership and related documents, including deeds (Dolil, Baya Deed), khatians (CS, SA, RS, BS), porcha, mutation records, dags, and survey reports.
Collect, review, and systematically organize all necessary land documents, including succession certificates, possession records, and any legal or dispute-related papers.
Ensure accuracy of land details such as dag numbers, ownership history, boundaries, and survey alignment.
Negotiate pricing and terms with landowners to secure cost-effective deals while ensuring company profitability.
Coordinate with legal advisors for document verification and compliance with applicable land laws and company policies.
Liaise with government offices, including Sub-Registry and Land Offices, for mutation, registration, and other related processes.
Work closely with the finance/accounts team to facilitate payments and ensure proper transaction documentation.
Monitor and follow up on land registration, transfer, and acquisition activities until completion.
Maintain accurate records of land data, transactions, and reports for management review.
Support management in due diligence processes, project site inspections, and other land-related operational tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned by the department head or management authority.
