Responsibilities & Context
LAMB is a prominent mission-based organization providing Hospital, Community Health, Training, and Research services to over 6.3 million people in Northwest Bangladesh. A regular, full-time position is currently open at LAMB Hospital in Parbatipur, Dinajpur.
Job Summary:

Execute all standard laboratory procedures and accurately analyze collected samples. Maintain rigorous service quality standards and operational functionality across lab processes. Direct Lab Assistants, manage precise documentation, and deliver attentive patient care.

Perform diverse laboratory procedures in compliance with quality control (QC) guidelines and operational standards.

Support non-technical laboratory tasks, including sample collection, specimen labeling, record maintenance, and equipment cleaning.

Engage actively in ongoing learning, professional development, and internal training sessions.

Help oversee, train, and guide lab assistants and junior technical personnel.

Safeguard patient data confidentiality while ensuring a compassionate, supportive care environment.

Formulate required chemical reagents and solutions for diagnostic testing.

Aid in generating staff duty rosters along with monthly and annual operational reports.

Adapt flexibly to perform additional tasks assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor.

Monthly Compensation: Gross salary of BDT 19,826 per month (inclusive of all benefits).
