Experience:

Technical Skills (Basic Knowledge Required):
✔ Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP, Subnet, Gateway, and DNS.
✔ Familiarity with MikroTik RouterOS at a beginner level.
✔ Basic knowledge of GPON/EPON technology and OLT/ONU devices.
✔ Understanding of PPPoE, DHCP, and VLAN concepts.
✔ Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
✔ Good communication skills in Bangla and basic proficiency in English.
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions properly.
✔ Must be responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned tasks.
✔ Respond to customer complaints received through phone calls or ticketing systems and provide initial technical assistance.
✔ Identify and resolve common internet connectivity issues such as slow speed, disconnections, or packet loss.
✔ Assist in the setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of MikroTik routers and OLT devices under proper guidance.
✔ Conduct routine network checks including cable testing, monitoring ONU/ONT status, and verifying link connectivity.
✔ Deliver on-site support when necessary for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
✔ Work closely with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
✔ Visit customer locations for device installation, configuration, and resolving physical network problems as assigned.
✔ Maintain accurate records of activities and submit daily work reports.
✔ Adhere to assigned duty rosters and shift schedules.
✔ Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
