Job Context
USTC is seeking dynamic and self-driven individuals to apply for the position of Junior Executive – Photography and Media under the existing rules and conditions.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of events conducted across various departments.
Arrange lighting setups, backgrounds, and camera gear for scheduled shoots.
Provide on-site support for live event coverage and media-related activities.
Organize and archive all visual content for future reference.
Edit photos and videos for social media posts, websites, campaigns, and presentations.
Ensure all content aligns with branding standards, including logos, colors, and visual tone.
Prepare and optimize media files for different formats such as web, print, and mobile.
Create a wide range of graphic designs, including newspaper and magazine advertisements.
Develop creative ideas and concepts for promotional materials.
Prepare layout designs following instructions from supervisors.
Collect quotations from printing vendors.
Prepare final CS files for printing tasks.
Monitor printing processes to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain a content calendar in coordination with the assigned PR supervisor.
Edit photos and visuals for websites and social media platforms.
Take care of photography and videography equipment.
Stay updated on the latest media production trends and tools.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
