Key Responsibilities

• Provide product information and technical guidance to medical professionals.

• Demonstrate medical instruments and healthcare products to customers.

• Maintain existing accounts and develop new customer relationships through planned sales activities.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, competitors, and new product developments.

• Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and reporting findings to management.

• Continuously develop professional and technical knowledge of products and industry trends.
