• Practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.

• Good understanding of visual design fundamentals, including layout, colour theory, typography, and composition.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.

• Basic knowledge of UI design, Figma, or mobile app graphics will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Experience with AI-powered design tools and the ability to review and refine AI-generated outputs responsibly will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

The Jr. Graphics Designer will be responsible for producing graphics, advertising creatives, and videos for mobile applications, websites, and digital marketing campaigns. The role involves working closely with product, marketing, and development teams, under the guidance of senior designers, to ensure high-quality and consistent visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Design App Store screenshots, app icons, promotional visuals, and other application-related graphics.

• Develop UI assets, icons, and illustrations in coordination with product and development teams.

• Ensure consistent use of brand elements across all design materials.

• Produce static, video, and rich-media banner advertisements for digital campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on product briefs and campaign requirements.
