✔ Identify and approach flat owners in Dhaka who are interested in selling their previously owned residential properties.

✔ Source new properties and collect accurate details, including location, size, floor, asking price, and other relevant features.

✔ Generate potential buyer leads through phone calls, direct marketing, referrals, social media, and property portals.

✔ Develop and maintain professional relationships with property owners, prospective buyers, and real estate agents.

✔ Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.

✔ Arrange and coordinate property visits for interested buyers.

✔ Maintain regular follow-ups with property owners and prospective buyers to facilitate successful transactions.

✔ Assist in price negotiations between buyers and sellers.

✔ Maintain an updated database of available properties, client information, sales leads, and follow-up activities.

✔ Support the Manager – Sales & Marketing in executing sales strategies and achieving business targets.

✔ Stay updated on local property prices, customer preferences, market demand, and industry trends.

✔ Coordinate with relevant teams to collect property documents for preliminary review and support the transaction process.

✔ Prepare regular reports on client interactions, property visits, follow-up activities, and sales progress.
