IT Specialist

Maintain and monitor all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and core systems.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, switches, and peripheral IT equipment.

Ensure uninterrupted, 24/7 network connectivity across the organization.

Liaise with software vendors and internal departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Execute daily data backups and ensure safe storage for rapid disaster recovery when required.

Provide comprehensive technical helpdesk support to all departments and executive management.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network configurations, and corporate email systems.

Document IT issues, resolution workflows, and maintain an updated hardware and software inventory.

Conduct regular preventive maintenance on IT equipment to optimize performance and longevity.

Track software licenses, service subscriptions, hardware warranties, and vendor contracts.

Prepare periodic IT status, performance, and health reports for management review.

Support website updates, domain management, email hosting, and other digital services as needed.
