Investor Experience Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

Previous relevant experience, preferably in telesales or customer service.

Practical experience in lead generation and sales.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing investors to introduce relevant services.

Explain and promote brokerage products and services to potential investors.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about suitable products and services.

Identify, generate, and convert leads while responding to customer inquiries and promoting brokerage offerings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications to ensure smooth business operations.

Follow up with potential leads and effectively convert sales opportunities.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Review BO Account opening forms and maintain accurate client information and records.

Work closely with team members to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
