Responsibilities & Context
- Professionally handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers whenever required.
- Assist customers with appointments, services, products, and general inquiries.
- Accurately record customer information and update relevant systems or databases.
