International Tele Sales Executive (Night Shift)

• Age between 20 and 30 years.

• Candidates with BPO experience will be given priority.

• Expertise in cold calling and driving leads to successful deal closures.

• Proven track record in achieving monthly targets and delivering strong ROI.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Capable of multitasking effectively (speaking and writing simultaneously).

• Results-driven and accountable.

• Strong English communication skills are a must.

• Open to fresh graduates.

• Preferred: Candidates residing within 5 km of Dhanmondi or nearby Lalmatia.

• Must be comfortable working night shifts (Bangladesh time: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM).

Job Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers in Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia in a timely manner.

• Communicate fluently in English and be available for night shifts.

• Follow provided communication scripts, while also being able to adapt and deviate from the script when necessary.

• Handle customer inquiries and sell services/products over the phone according to instructions.

• Identify customer needs, clarify issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.

• Search for new targeted leads to expand the client base.
