Intern - Invoice

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to work with data and reporting systems.

Strong English and Bengali communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic knowledge of the testing/quality assurance industry will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client queries and support billing and revenue-related matters.

Generate 80–100 daily invoices accurately and within deadlines.

Prepare and maintain the daily textile revenue summary.

Update system records for prices, discounts, and VAT accurately.

Identify invoice discrepancies and promptly inform the relevant person or department.

Prepare and submit revenue, job, VAT, and other related reports on time.

Review daily invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Follow the maker-checker process to ensure accountability and accuracy.

Respond to customer queries related to invoices and billing with accurate information.

Support outstanding bill collection and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
