Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the complete recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling in coordination with line managers.

• Support recruitment and onboarding procedures, including candidate verification and preparation of joining documents.

• Draft and send emails as directed by the line manager.

• Maintain accurate records of employee information and leave applications.

• Update and manage HR databases and employee records.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Support the planning and coordination of company events and employee engagement initiatives.

• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned by the HR management team.
