Interior Designer / Architect

Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and 3ds Max.

Strong expertise in space planning, layout design, and 3D visualization.

Experience conducting client meetings, presenting design concepts, and handling design revisions.

Proven track record of completing 40+ residential and commercial interior projects.

Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and other stakeholders.

Strong creative thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Punctual, honest, responsible, and professional attitude.

Willingness to travel to different project locations when required.

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.

Prepare detailed layout plans, 3D visualizations, and technical working drawings.

Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting solutions, color palettes, and finishes for each project.

Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout the project.

Supervise on-site implementation to ensure the design is executed accurately and meets quality standards.

Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

Present design concepts and proposals to clients and communicate project details clearly.
